Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At ELK Promotions, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns and exchanges are not free—clients are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• Replacements will be sent at ELK Promotions’ expense, including all shipping costs.
• If unavailable or if fulfillment within 10 business days is not possible, ELK may issue a refund.
• At our discretion, we may require return of the damaged or incorrect item prior to refund.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized products
• Clearance merchandise
• Event-specific items
• Call-To-Order (CTO) and Limited-Time Offer (LTO) items

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
• Shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ELK Promotions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
We recommend:

• Tracking your shipment
• Providing a secure delivery location

ELK Promotions does not sell your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
